In Granitania, as Supply Chain Management professionals, we consider our Global Marketing & Sales Department as our internal customer. Thanks to our efficient workshare philosophy in our organization, our Global Marketing & Sales Department people directly manage and operate all related tasks for the satisfaction of our Clients as our Supply Chain Management team do own part regarding all requests and support calls from Global Marketing & Sales Department considering those as the voice of our Clients.

The critical detail is that; our Global Marketing & Sales Department provides all communications with our Clients while our Supply Chain Management Department provides all communications with our Supplier Partners; in addition, for every single sales operation, there are assigned at least one Global Marketing & Sales Specialist and one Supply Chain Operations Specialist and one Quality Assurance & Control Engineer who together form the specific project team that will successfully complete all the related operations.

A good collaboration between Global Marketing & Sales and Supply Chain Management and Quality Assurance & Control teams fosters proactive decision making, disrupting possible obstacles, effective planning, flexibility at supply and demand management, stabilizing quality of products & service, providing well-executed approaches and actions that meet demand and goals by beginning from our Clients’ RFQ phase till receiving their testimonials after delivery. In this supportive relationship between our these departments, our Supply Chain Management Department indirectly contributes to high levels of customer satisfaction and helps to make our organization the preferred choice for our Clients.

Granitania’s certain operational disciplines in all processes of supply chain management through quarries and factories make it an important task for it to provide periodical courses at supplier partners’ facilities to all their blue and white collar personnel for ensuring the attention paid for the satisfaction of each Client and sense of the prestige in market are equalized in each mind of all relateds at every step of business as one.

While Global Marketing & Sales Department provides information to our Supply Chain Management Department on our products’ market demands, substitute alternatives by our competitors, price levels and competitiveness besides activities of competing organizations, order tracking situations, incentives & advantages, marketing campaigns and all related sales information; this increases our Supply Chain Management Department’s understanding of market demand and marketing initiatives, which in turn improves the supply chain planning abilities.
