We intend to find the most attractive natural stone selections and their point-of-origin quarries in the extractive basins of the world and become mutually reliable partners for long terms with those companies which own them and in addition; with our supply chain model of building partnerships strictly and only with quarry+factory owner suppliers, we guarantee our Clients a high and constant quality of the materials and steady characteristics of products introduced, that all will be used for the realization of their projects through their orders.
To ensure this aim, all materials are subjected to strict control of our own company specialists in addition to the already existing control mechanisms of our related point-of-origin supplier partners to verify compliance with the certain quality standards established by our expertise.

In these quarries of our point-of-origin supplier partners, our Quality Assurance & Control and Supply Chain Management Departments’ professionals simply do not compromise on our certain disciplines for “Meticulous Control of Material and Monitoring of Each Process For Every Single Procurement Operation At Related Sites & Facilities” beginning with extraction and classification, continuing through dimensioning, loading and ending with shipment operations for granites, marbles, travertines, limestones, quartzites, sandstones, soapstones, slatestones, tra-onyx, onyx and other natural stones’ blocks, in addition to the regular quality assurance & control operations of our related supplier partners’ staff.
This is the only way to make sure that we know the products we supply to our Clients are extracted, processed, finished, packed and loaded all under our control regarding all qualifications of material and processes at each operation step. This is the only way for us to achieve what we do best; Trust for Verification.
Two Inspectors go to the quarry carrying the notes, details and if we have; samples of quality and color required by the client. Everyone that is in the stone business knows that the photos generally do not show the correct color. During our meetings with our Clients, we learn from them about the colors that are better for their market and what is acceptable or not, so; we know how to approve or reject material according to our Clients’ requests.
Even the basic materials can be difficult when you approve by photos. The yellow ones for example can have a pink or orange tonality that you cannot see in the photos. The other way around also occurs. Besides, on photos the material might look unattractive but you witness that in fact it is much more beautiful when you are able to see it with your own eyes at the related facility.
All blocks are washed with water and the inspectors make a general inspection to see how the lots selected for inspection are overall.
Inspectors inspect all 5 faces of each block, wet and decide the classification with the quarry manager and/or the sales people, or rejects the block.
If the block is approved, any defects, broken corners, fissures, drill holes etc. are noted in The Block Report Diagram, as well as the classification and all these are provided in The Detailed Block Inspection Report.
The inspectors make the measurements and note Gross and Net measurements on The Detailed Block Inspection Report. If no agreement is reached with the quarry manager and/or the sales people, the block is rejected.
Once approved, the inspectors paint the Client's mark on the block face, close to the supplier partner’s block number.
Block photos are taken, showing defects if there are any, and showing the block number and inspector painted mark.
After all blocks are inspected, a list with block numbers, block classifications and net measures are made. The list is signed in 2 copies, both signed by the quarry manager and/or the sales people and our inspectors. Same approval process is applied for The Block Report Diagram and The Detailed Block Inspection Report as well. A copy of each is to the quarry, so; they have a record for future reference if a claim is placed.
Then, we complete our final controls on all the details of them and all visuals together with the required export documentations as packing list and commercial invoice and all other paperworks. If necessary, we request correction. After all is correct, an email with the reports, photos and all required documents are sent to our related Client, requesting booking and other operations.
